1. Agreement & scope
EntityMesh is a product of Blue Ninja Systems. By engaging with EntityMesh — running the diagnostic, purchasing a build, or using a hosted support hub or monitoring — you agree to these terms and to the scope of the specific build or subscription you purchase. If you use EntityMesh on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. The approval model & accuracy
Nothing EntityMesh generates is published without your explicit approval. Every draft passes a source-grounding check and then waits for you to review and approve it in your portal. You approve each answer before it goes live, and you remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the content you approve and publish. There is no skip-approval path.
3. Ownership
Your rights in customer-provided content and delivered artifacts are governed by the applicable written agreement. Paid self-service hub export is not launch-available, and no page creates a universal export entitlement. Blue Ninja Systems retains its internal workflows, templates, scoring methods, and platform software. Using EntityMesh does not transfer rights in the underlying platform.
4. Evidence & claims
EntityMesh can assess recorded structural signals and, when separately configured provider workflows complete, record defined responses. Structure, approval, publication, and a MeshScore do not prove external retrieval, ranking, citation, recommendation, or causation. Every reported figure carries its evidence status, and EntityMesh does not claim access to a provider's private selection systems.
5. Billing & subscriptions
Published prices are planning or catalog information unless the canonical product contract and live checkout expressly admit the purchase. Contained products are not buyable. Eligible subscriptions use the terms shown at checkout and in the customer portal; cancellation, effective period, taxes, refunds, disputes, and price changes remain subject to the applicable checkout terms and written agreement.
6. Hosted hubs & AI-crawler access
A hosted support hub is public, crawlable infrastructure by design — its purpose is to be read and cited by AI answer engines and search. Monitoring reflects observed responses for the prompts, models, and providers you configure. EntityMesh never modifies your existing site code, CMS, product data, or DNS. The current launch publishes to hosted EntityMesh routes; customer CNAME routing is not included unless a later written service order explicitly offers and accepts it.
