ABOUT US
Built for Founders
Support and answer systems shape how customers experience a product. We exist to build those systems with calm, precise execution.
OUR MISSION
Why EntityMesh Exists
Search placement and site structure do not prove inclusion in a generated answer. We build hosted answer infrastructure that is approval-gated, inspectable, and evidence-labelled, while external provider outcomes stay separate.
OUR PRINCIPLES
What We Stand For
Calm execution, systemized delivery, and founder trust.
Calm Execution
No hype, no noise. Just clear, correct answers that work. We focus on substance over style, results over rhetoric.
Systemized Delivery
Repeatable, reviewable structure with explicit quality gates, version history, and evidence limits. Outcomes remain subject to the recorded inputs and completed checks.
Founder Trust
Accuracy stays with the people who know the product best. You approve every answer before it goes live.
Answer-First Thinking
We build the source system customers and answer engines can inspect. Your approved answers become reusable product infrastructure.
CLEAR POSITIONING
What We're Not
This is not an agency or a marketing firm. We have a singular focus.
Digital Agency
We don't run campaigns or manage social media
Marketing Firm
We don't do branding or creative services
SEO Shop
We don't sell link building or keyword stuffing
Chatbot Platform
No generic chatbots — EntityAgent grounds answers in your approved knowledge base and falls back when evidence is insufficient
What We Are:
EntityMesh builds the approved, structured answer infrastructure designed for customer, search, and answer-engine retrieval — with explicit publishing and configured monitoring, not an agency retainer.
OUR APPROACH
How We Work
Diagnostic First
We start with a free diagnostic to understand your support system's current state and complexity.
Scoped Deliverables
A reviewed scope should identify deliverables, exclusions, acceptance evidence, price, and change control in writing.
Client Approval
Authorized review precedes a separate explicit publish action; approval alone does not deploy content.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I'm Chris Ulmer, founder of Blue Ninja Systems. I built EntityMesh after working on structured public answers for Soniteq, my music-software company. That work motivated a product centered on reviewed sources, explicit publishing, and evidence boundaries instead of assuming that a structural change caused an external-provider outcome.
EntityMesh is what I wish had existed.
