Every generated draft carries confidence flags and passes a source-grounding QA gate that checks it against your own content. Then it waits for an authorized approval in the portal. Approval does not make content public: a separate authorized publish action creates the immutable, versioned hosted snapshot and full audit trail. There is no public skip-approval fast path.

MeshScore is a 0–100 assessment of recorded signals related to Retrievability, Accuracy, and Citation Authority. The free diagnostic gives you a directional baseline; rescans can change with site content, fetch/render coverage, and evidence availability. Every figure the platform shows is labelled proof-grade, directional, or not yet measured. We never publish fabricated metrics, and we never claim to track proprietary LLM rankings — only observed responses for defined prompts, models, and provider APIs.

What does EntityMesh actually do?

Will EntityMesh guarantee that AI engines cite me?
No. EntityMesh structures content as a candidate source and reports only completed diagnostic or configured-provider evidence, labelled proof-grade, directional, insufficient, or unavailable. It does not claim proprietary ranking access or infer a citation from site structure alone.
Does anything publish without my approval?
