Does EntityMesh guarantee AI citations or search rankings?

No. EntityMesh controls parts of the publishing workflow and can record defined evidence; external engines control retrieval, ranking, and citation.

No. EntityMesh does not guarantee AI citations, recommendations, search rankings, traffic, revenue, or support outcomes. It can assess recorded site signals, build source-grounded drafts, enforce approval, and create a versioned hosted snapshot through an explicit publish action. External providers independently decide whether to crawl, index, retrieve, transform, rank, or cite that material.

For teams evaluating EntityMesh, that boundary matters because an owned publishing workflow can document what was assessed and published, but it cannot control an external provider's later decision.

Structure is not an outcome receipt

Question-led answers, valid schema, explicit entities, internal links, and consistent facts can improve the quality and machine readability of the surface a business controls. They do not prove that a provider used the page. llms.txt is a publisher hint, not a provider instruction.

MeshScore is not a citation probability

MeshScore summarizes completed Retrievability, Accuracy, and Citation Authority checks for one normalized evidence snapshot. It carries confidence, proxy, and unassessed-evidence limits. Live rescans can change with content and coverage, and a before/after delta does not isolate causation by itself.

Provider results require completed, comparable observations

Configured LLM Presence or analyst-captured EchoScan evidence can record defined responses. A comparison should keep the provider, model where known, prompt cohort, geography where available, capture method, and timing compatible. Missing or failed evidence stays unavailable; it is not converted to a positive or zero result.
